Nazca Lines and Ballestas Islands Tour from Lima

1. Tour Date Changes

We understand that travel plans can change. Please request a date change as early as possible. Changes are subject to flight, boat tour, and transportation availability.
This tour requires advance reservations for private transportation, English-speaking assistance, seats on the Nazca Lines flight from Pisco Airport, and the shared Ballestas Islands boat excursion. Once these services have been confirmed, a date change may involve additional provider charges.
Whenever possible, we will work with our providers to reschedule your services and minimise extra costs. We will explain any applicable charges before confirming the new date.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Your booking reserves flight seats, private transportation, English-speaking assistance, and seats on the shared Ballestas Islands boat excursion for the selected travel date. The following conditions apply if you cancel:
- More than 120 hours before the scheduled pickup: Your payment will be refunded, less a 5% payment processing fee and any non-refundable costs already paid or committed to service providers.
- Between 72 and 120 hours before the scheduled pickup, including both boundaries: A 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
- Less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup: The booking is non-refundable.
Cancellation periods are calculated from your confirmed pickup time in Lima, using local Peru time.
Please notify us as soon as your plans change. Earlier notice gives us more opportunity to review rescheduling options with our providers.

3. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations on the day of the tour, including after your private vehicle or representative has been dispatched or after the tour has begun, are non-refundable.
If you are unavailable at the confirmed hotel pickup location and time without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Weather & Flight Cancellations

The Nazca Lines flight is subject to weather, visibility, air traffic, and operational conditions. The Ballestas Islands boat excursion is subject to sea conditions, weather, and port authorisation. Delays or restrictions may require changes to the itinerary.
If the airline cancels the flight and it cannot operate that day, we will explain the available rescheduling or refund options. Any refund for the flight portion follows the airline’s applicable conditions.
If the Ballestas Islands boat excursion is cancelled because of sea conditions or a port closure, we will explain the available rescheduling or refund options for that activity, according to the boat operator’s applicable conditions.
Private transportation and English-speaking assistance already provided, along with any completed activities, remain non-refundable. Any other unused services will be reviewed according to the relevant provider’s cancellation conditions. Cancellation of either activity does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the entire tour price.

5. Important Booking Information

This tour combines private road transportation and English-speaking assistance with a shared Nazca Lines flight and a shared Ballestas Islands boat excursion. These services are reserved in advance, and some provider costs may become non-refundable once confirmed.
The planned itinerary begins with pickup in Lima at approximately 5:00 a.m., followed by the Ballestas Islands boat excursion at 8:00 a.m. and a transfer to Pisco Airport for the Nazca Lines flight.
The airline assigns the flight time one day before departure. This schedule is determined by the airline and is outside our control. We will communicate the confirmed arrangements then. If the assigned flight time conflicts with the boat departure, we will explain any necessary itinerary changes and available options before departure.
Activity times and the return time to Lima may vary with the flight schedule, weather, sea conditions, and traffic.
